Our reputation is everything. We want our word and work to be ‘gold standard’. We recognize that buying a guitar is a very personal choice, and we strive to provide a uniquely detailed and accurate description of each instrument we sell.

To help a buyer make an informed decision, we feature youtube videos and mp3 recordings for many of our guitars. We may be contacted for any comments, questions or an ‘in hand’ description of an instrument. Call any time from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

Buyer Approval Period
We offer a twenty-four hour ‘test drive’ on all instruments..if not as described, return the instrument in the same condition and same careful packing for full refund, minus shipping costs.

Shipping
We ship world-wide. Shipping method and payment is the responsibility of the buyer, and we require full value insurance for each instrument shipped. We recommend the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). On high value instruments, a buyer may consider ‘next day’ shipment to reduce the amount of handling an instrument will receive.

Handling and Packing
We do not charge a fee for handling or packing. Additionally, we take great care packing a guitar for shipment, with the full knowledge that successful shipping begins with a well packed guitar inside a case, before it’s placed inside a shipping box.
